JiLi333 Game Providers and the Studios Behind Each Title
5 pages about game providers sit in this section.
| Fact | Value |
|---|---|
| JiLi333 CQ9 Gaming | Making games, not running a casino, is the business of CQ9 Gaming, a studio. |
| JiLi333 JDB Gaming | JDB Gaming belongs on the studio side of things, not among operators. |
| JiLi333 JILI | JILI does not operate casinos; it is a studio that makes games. |
| JiLi333 Pragmatic Play | The role of Pragmatic Play is that of a game studio, not of an operator. |
| JiLi333 PG Soft | PG Soft belongs to the game studios, not to the operators. |
This section covers 5 game providers entries. Since a game studio and a casino are different businesses regulated separately, taking one for the other is the usual error on this subject. These pages look at the makers of games seen in Philippine-facing lobbies, and answer three things: their identity, the real reach of their licences, and whether a checkable return-to-player figure exists.
Everything in this section
| Studio | Publishes RTP | Specialisms | Licence position |
|---|---|---|---|
| JILI | No | slots, fishing games | PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department) |
| Pragmatic Play | Yes | slots, live casino | Malta Gaming Authority |
| PG Soft | Yes | slots | Malta Gaming Authority |
| JDB Gaming | No | fish shooting games, slots | PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department) |
| CQ9 Gaming | No | slots, fishing games | PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department) |
Every one of the 5 pages is about one entry; none of them summarises a bunch of entries. Any field above reading “not published” is followed up on the entry itself, where it is explained who would have had to publish it.
Each entry in a paragraph
These notes say just enough to steer you to the page worth opening.
JILI explained
Its published details omit a founding year, and they omit a headquarters too. Bingo, fishing games, slots, table games and card games are the kinds of game it releases.
Its page puts PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department) at the head of the records. Anyone reading PAGCOR EGLD’s approval list will spot JILI among the cleared electronic games.
It publishes no RTP. This site puts no figure on its titles, and the third-party estimates found elsewhere contradict one another.
Pragmatic Play in full
Founded 2015, based in Gibraltar. Game types it builds: slots, live casino, bingo, crash games, virtual sports.
The page’s opening record is Malta Gaming Authority. Pragmatic Solutions MT Limited carries the licence numbered MGA/B2B/619/2018.
With RTP published by it, a figure quoted for one of its titles leads back to the studio. Pragmatic’s site shows one RTP per game, and that value is the largest in a set.
PG Soft explained
Founded 2015, based in Valletta, Malta. Builds slots.
The page’s opening record is Malta Gaming Authority. MGA/B2B/435/2017 is the licence in the name of Pocket Games Software Limited (C 76195).
With RTP published by it, a figure quoted for one of its titles leads back to the studio. Look at the page and the RTP field is just a dash; look in the data the server sends and PG Soft’s published figure is there.
JDB Gaming explained
Its published details omit a founding year, and they omit a headquarters too. Builds fish shooting games, slots.
Its page puts PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department) at the head of the records. Anyone can open the list of approved game content on PAGCOR’s own website.
It publishes no RTP. This site puts no figure on its titles, and the third-party estimates found elsewhere contradict one another.
CQ9 Gaming in full
Its published details omit a founding year, and they omit a headquarters too. It develops slots alongside fishing games, table games and arcade games.
Its page puts PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department) at the head of the records. You can find a game-content approval list published by PAGCOR itself.
It publishes no RTP. This site puts no figure on its titles, and the third-party estimates found elsewhere contradict one another.
Game providers details are shown in the game itself, so read them there
Nothing in this section relies on simply being believed. These pages take every licence claim from a public register, and access to those registers is open:
- Use the company name rather than the brand name when you search the MGA authorisation portal for a Malta licence. Often the licence-holder is a subsidiary with its own name, which is why Pragmatic Play’s Malta licence appears under Pragmatic Solutions MT Limited and not under anything called Pragmatic Play.
- Searching by account number on the Gambling Commission public register is how you look up a UK licence. For an active licence, the record sets out its activities, when each began, and any regulatory settlement involving the holder.
- Reading a PAGCOR EGLD listing begins at pagcor.ph, with the approved-games PDF for the studio. It approves game content that licensed operators may carry, so read the wording with that in mind. Unless the document states a studio licence, none exists.
- Find the RTP figure by opening the studio’s own page for that title. If the figure does not appear there, a comparison site cannot provide it; if two comparison sites clash, the clash is the finding.
The thing most often got wrong here
One distinction outweighs the rest: PAGCOR operator licence on one side, PAGCOR EGLD listing on the other. The meaning of an EGLD listing is that PAGCOR approves the studio’s game content to be used by the operators it licenses. No licence belongs to the studio on this basis, and any casino carrying those games is untouched by it.
Of the seven studios below, four have that alone. On each of their pages the wording is plain, because only one word separates “PAGCOR listed” from “PAGCOR licensed” while the difference in meaning is huge, and licensed is what readers usually want to see.
Finding game providers at JiLi333
- At JiLi333, sign in first and go to the game lobby.
- Look up a title by name, or let the studio filter trim down the lobby.
- Pull up the info screen in a game to see its stake range and paytable before you play.
- Agree your session budget with yourself, and play a new studio’s games cautiously at first.
FAQ
Which studios on this list release an RTP figure?
Pragmatic Play, PG Soft. Those left over do not, and for their titles this site leaves RTP unquoted instead of borrowing a figure from a comparison site.
Does a studio licence protect a player?
Not directly. It is the company producing the games that a studio licence relates to. Through the operator's regulator is how a player seeks recourse, and that is a different licence held by a different company.
Does JiLi333 carry all of these studios?
The Games section of the JiLi333 lobby shows a studio name on each game tile, letting you see which ones are live for you. Descriptions of studios on these pages follow the published record of each one.
How should a reader go about distinguishing a PAGCOR licence from a PAGCOR EGLD listing?
Being on the EGLD list tells you the game content of a studio is approved by PAGCOR for use by its licensed operators. The licence from PAGCOR is issued to an operator and gives it the right to run a casino. Count four studios with the first; count none with the second.
Why is no founding year or headquarters shown for some of these studios?
Because they do not publish one. Neither is disclosed on the sites of JILI, JDB Gaming or CQ9 Gaming themselves. You will find figures for both on affiliate listicles, yet they cite no primary source, and none is repeated here.
Is certification by GLI or BMM the same as a game being fair?
An independent test laboratory has looked at the random number generator and the paytable and measured them against a standard; that is what it means. Meaningful, yes, yet not a licence, and silent on the operator that offers the game, as a licence is too.
