JiLi333 Reference Site: Responsible Gaming, Limits and Help
This page sets out the responsible gaming standards this site follows and the help available in the Philippines. It applies to every page on jili333ph.org.ph.
21 and over only
Casino play is for adults 21 and over. This site says 21+ on every page and is not directed at anyone younger. If you are under 21, do not register on any casino lobby.
Limits to set before you play
Decide these before you open any lobby, and write them down:
A budget: the amount you can afford to lose this session without touching money for bills, food, school or savings.
A time limit: when you will stop, whatever happens.
A stake: worked out from the budget, not from the size of a prize.
Never borrow to play, never chase losses, and never play to solve a money problem. PAGCOR’s own advertising rules say gambling ads must not suggest that gambling solves financial problems, and that is a good rule for players too.
Warning signs
Take a break and get help if you notice any of these: spending more than you planned, playing longer than you meant to, hiding play from family, borrowing or selling things to play, feeling restless or irritable when you try to stop, or playing to escape stress.
PAGCOR’s exclusion programme
PAGCOR’s own exclusion page describes two programmes. Self exclusion is for patrons who feel they are developing a problem, with periods of 6 months, 1 year or 5 years; the first six months cannot be revoked, and the order lifts automatically at the end. Family exclusion lets a spouse, child or parent apply for a loved one, with periods of 6 months, 1 year or 3 years. PAGCOR’s responsible gaming page also lists an online self-exclusion application portal.
Where to get help
PAGCOR lists these accredited help centers on its responsible gaming page: the National Problem Gambling Helpline, landline (02) 8248 9568 and e-mail support@npgh.ph; Seagull’s Flock, e-mail info@seagullsflock.org; and Bridges of Hope, mobile 0917 509 8826. In a headline on its own site, PAGCOR describes the NPGH as a 24/7 line staffed by trained para-counselors and mental health professionals.
If stress has become a crisis, a Department of Health regional page lists the NCMH Crisis Hotline as 09178998726, 09663514518 and 09086392672. If you or anyone else is in danger, contact emergency services.
This site’s own standards
This site never promises a win, never presents gambling as a way to make money, publishes no offer figures, and keeps its honesty notes on the about this site page and in the footer. Its pages on counseling, loan apps, advertising and hotlines go further for readers who need them.
